Creating textures in art

This week we had a good time experimenting with creating different textures using water colour paints. A lot of budding young artists in Room 12!

Swimming games

We were lucky to get to play 'Captain's Coming' with Room 10 in the pool.

Puzzling pictures

At the beginning of the year we had to work together to put together a picture and talk about where in the school the objects are. It was a tricky task, but fun!

Art Gallery Trip

What a fantastic way to spend an afternoon! We learnt about abstract art at the Tauranga Art Gallery on Monday afternoon this week. Have a look at our work hanging up in the classroom. Thanks to all the parents who came to help us too.
